BUSINESS INFORMATION
Tati Paper Craft is a brand operated by Noam Narinsky, a sole proprietor registered in Israel.
ELIGIBILITY
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All products sold through this website are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped.
PAYMENT
Orders are processed immediately after successful payment.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
Purchased files are made available immediately after payment. Download links are provided on the order confirmation page, sent by email, and remain available through your customer account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products, orders are processed automatically and files become available immediately after successful payment.
Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, the order cannot be cancelled.
If a customer contacts us before the download has been accessed and before delivery has occurred, we will review the cancellation request on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
If you experience any technical issue with your purchase, we will gladly assist you and provide a replacement file if necessary.
PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY
All products sold on Tati Paper Craft are digital downloads.
No physical items will be shipped.
Once payment has been successfully completed, purchased files become available immediately.
Customers receive access to their files in the following ways:
* Download link sent to the email address provided during checkout.
* Permanent access through the customer's account on our website.
Our products are supplied as high-quality PDF files.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they have suitable software for opening PDF files.
If any technical problem prevents access to the purchased files, please contact us.
We normally respond within two business days.
PRODUCT LIABILITY
Our digital products are designed and tested with great care to provide high-quality printable files.
Printing results may vary depending on the customer's printer, monitor, paper, ink, printer settings, and software. Slight differences in color or print quality are normal and do not constitute a defect.
Tati Paper Craft makes no guarantee that the products will perform identically on every device, printer, or software application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tati Paper Craft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products.
Our maximum liability is limited to replacing a defective digital file or providing reasonable technical assistance where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
PRINTING DISCLAIMER
Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate paper, printer settings, and printing equipment.
For best results, we recommend printing at 100% scale (Actual Size) using high-quality paper and printer settings.
Colors may vary between monitors and printers and are not considered a product defect.
LICENSE
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files according to our License Policy.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the digital files in any form.
Print-on-Demand services, AI training, NFT creation, and similar commercial redistribution are strictly prohibited.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, illustrations, templates, layouts, graphics, printable designs, logos, product images, and digital files remain the exclusive intellectual property of Tati Paper Craft.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We make every effort to provide accurate, high-quality digital products.
We are not responsible for printing differences caused by monitors, printers, paper, ink, software, or user settings.
Our liability is limited to replacing defective digital files when appropriate.
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We strive to keep our website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
PRICING
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, modify product descriptions, discontinue products, or update content without prior notice.
CHANGES
